Buzzard Billy's Armadillo Bar and Grill-o came to Waco in January of 1993. In 2008 the restaurant made a huge move from downtown to a few blocks away on the banks of the Brazos River.  The new location offers a gorgeous view off the deck where guests can watch the sunset as they enjoy their dinner. The menu is cajun inspired with dishes such as: hot boiled crawfish, deep fried alligator strips, gumbo, jambalaya, and po-boys. You can find anything to please your appetite from seafood to steak and delicious appetizers. The atmosphere of the restaurant with the deck and bar provide a fun place to enjoy your meal. There is a small gift shop in the front of the restaurant where you can pick up a Buzzard Billy's t-shirt or hat. On Saturdays and Sundays you will find the bar packed with football fans cheering on their team while enjoying drinks and snacks. The bar at Buzzard Billy's has excellent drinks to accompany the seafood meals including two of their best the Category 5 Hurricane (rum and punch drink) and the Electric Alligator (coconut rum, pineapple, vodka and melon liquer).

Average Entree Price: $7 - $15
