Nestled in downtown Waco is a quaint breakfast restaurant called Cafe Cappuccino. Their breakfast menu includes omelets (with tons of veggie and meat choices to add in), belgian waffles, pancakes, french toast, burritos and oatmeal. True to their namesake they have several options for flavored cappuccinos along with lattes, coffee and tea. They offer their tea and coffee to be bought by the pound as well. The cafe stays open through lunch offering a change in the menu with sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, salad and soup. They are even available for catering!
