The first of the Teriyaki Park chain opened in Waco in 2005. Teriyaki Park is a hit among locals looking for delicious sushi! They offer seaweed salad, tempura, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, katsu, and of course sushi. The rolls include all sushi meats such as salmon, tuna, crab, yellowtail, beef and chicken. There are also several rolls with no meat such as the avocado roll, apple and cucumber. The sushi is made on the spot by order served fresh and packed with flavor. Teriyaki Park has even created a Baylor Roll, which is a version of the California Roll. A hip spot in downtown wWaco to grab some delicious sushi!
