In 1915 Vitek's opened in Waco serving up Texas BBQ. They've been serving up the same stuff for years, but they do it so well. For sandwiches they offer sliced beef, chopped beef, grilled turkey, smoked turkey, smoked ham, sausage, and hot links. Those meats are also offered by the pound for big events or family meals. Along with the meats you can also get cheese by the pound (and slice too) to serve your group. Vitek's is famous for their Gut Pack. What's a Gut Pack you ask? It's a odd, but delicious mixture of fritos, cheese, chopped beef, beans, sausage, and bread. They have three sides of potato salad, beans and coleslaw. They also have banana pudding, cookies and cheesecake for dessert. Their meats are quality, delicious cuts that melt in your mouth. They cater too!
